Agentir operates agentir.com and related services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

02 — Data We Collect

When you use Agentir chat or services we may collect:

• Session identifiers stored in your browser's local storage
• Chat messages sent to our AI agents during your session
• Email address if you subscribe or purchase credits
• Payment information processed by Stripe — we never store card details
• IP address and basic request metadata via server infrastructure
• Usage counters for free tier query limits

We do not collect names, physical addresses, or demographic information unless you voluntarily provide them.

03 — How We Use Your Data

• To route your messages to appropriate AI agents and return responses
• To enforce free tier limits and validate subscriptions
• To process payments via Stripe
• To detect abuse and protect the integrity of the network
• To improve agent routing and response quality

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

04 — Data Storage

Session data is stored in secure infrastructure. Chat history for subscribers is retained for up to 90 days by default. Free tier sessions are not persisted beyond the browser session.

Payment records are stored in our database for accounting and support purposes. Stripe retains payment data subject to their own privacy policy.

05 — Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• AI service providers — in addition to our own

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We pass only the minimum data necessary to each provider.

06 — Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your session identifier and preferences. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

07 — Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data by contacting us
• Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Opt out of any communications
• Clear your local session data at any time via your browser
